1. No-Fraud Commitment
V-ESTATE prohibits fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful activity. No person may use the platform to impersonate another person, falsify property ownership, create fake listings, submit forged documents, misrepresent a property's condition or availability, manipulate prices, evade platform fees, or obtain money or personal information by deception.
2. Vendor Verification & Property Ownership
Vendors must provide truthful identity, contact, payout and property information and must have the legal authority to advertise each property they submit. A vendor must not list property without the owner's authorization or otherwise make claims about title, ownership, zoning, permits, liens, financing, occupancy or legal status that they cannot substantiate.
V-ESTATE may request identity, ownership, agency, licensing, authorization, property and transaction documents before allowing a listing or payment to proceed.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Fake or duplicate identities, accounts or vendor profiles.
- Fraudulent property listings, forged deeds, contracts or identification.
- Phishing, malware, credential theft or attempts to obtain payment credentials outside approved payment flows.
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activity.
- Off-platform payment requests intended to bypass V-ESTATE fees or safeguards.
- False reviews, fake offers, bid manipulation or coordinated marketplace manipulation.
- Uploading photographs, documents or other material that the user does not have permission to use.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive conduct toward users, vendors, staff or partners.
4. Payments & Vendor Split
Where enabled, payments are processed through the platform's approved payment provider. V-ESTATE's advertised platform administration fee is 10% of the applicable completed sale amount, with the remaining 90% allocated to the vendor subject to payment-provider fees, refunds, disputes, reserves, applicable taxes and the transaction terms displayed at checkout.
Users must never send card numbers, passwords, banking credentials or payment instructions to another user through ordinary marketplace messages. Payment-provider hosted pages should be used whenever available.
5. Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks
Transactions may be held, reviewed, reversed or refunded when there is suspected fraud, a dispute, chargeback, failed verification, cancellation, breach of contract or other legitimate reason. V-ESTATE may suspend related payouts while an investigation or payment-provider process is pending.
6. Reporting Fraud
Users should report suspected fraud immediately through the platform's reporting/contact channel and preserve relevant evidence such as listing URLs, messages, receipts and documents. Do not confront or threaten a suspected fraudster. V-ESTATE may cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, law enforcement and other competent authorities where legally permitted or required.
7. Enforcement
V-ESTATE may reject, remove or restrict listings; suspend or terminate accounts; withhold or delay payouts where permitted; require additional verification; cancel transactions; and preserve evidence when it reasonably believes these policies have been violated. Serious or suspected criminal conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities.
8. Subscriber Responsibilities
Subscribers must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, review property information carefully and independently verify important legal, financial and physical facts before committing to a transaction. V-ESTATE does not authorize a subscriber to rely solely on a listing as proof of ownership or legal title.
9. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, lawful authority to market properties, truthful representations, timely communication, proper documentation and compliance with applicable real-estate, consumer-protection, tax and licensing requirements.
10. Platform Role & No Guarantee
V-ESTATE is a marketplace and technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, V-ESTATE does not itself guarantee title, property condition, valuation, financing, licensing, seller authority or completion of a real-estate transaction. Users should obtain independent legal, financial, title and property inspections as appropriate.
11. Privacy & Security
Personal and financial information should be collected and processed only for legitimate platform, verification, payment, security and legal purposes. Sensitive payment credentials should be handled by the approved payment provider rather than stored in V-ESTATE's ordinary application database.
12. Changes & Acceptance
By creating an account, listing a property, submitting an offer or completing a transaction, the user agrees to follow these rules and any applicable platform terms presented during the relevant transaction. V-ESTATE may update this policy when necessary; material changes should be presented with an updated effective date.
